RESOLVED: Notification History Report Not Working - Neptune

I get a blank screen when I click 'View Service Notifications' when using the Neptune theme. With theme set to Modern, the same service notification history properly displays. I saw no relevant logs in ssl/httpd error logs

Anyone run into this and find out why?

Hi @wneville,

SInce you are running RHEL 8, the PHP errors are usually in /var/log/php-fpm/www-error.log. Is that where you are looking for errors?

I am trying to duplicate this issue, so I have XI 2024R2.1 installed on RHEL 8. Are you seeing theService Notifications title? How about the No matching results found. Try expanding your search criteria. text or is the whole "inner" page blank?

Was this a new install or an upgrade? If upgrade, what version did you upgrade from?

Just went back to check this again after upgrading to 2026R1 and realized my own stupidity. I have auto-run reports disabled and didn't realize the report options were rolled up into the gear wheel in the Neptune theme. Nothing was wrong, I just needed to select my options and hit 'Apply and Run' .... I was expecting the options to appear in a banner along the top of the screen like in the Modern theme... so sorry to have wasted your time!
