IT Assessment Questions

Hi there

I would like to implement Nagios, however my company requires a security assessment and has the following questions , related to security processes during product development of current and future releases.

1. System development must employ adequate security measures by following industry recognized secure development frameworks (e.g OWASP) and established procedures.

2. Dynamic application security testing must be performed prior to release.

Are you able to advise on these topics – all I need is clarification if these points are addressed as part of the Nagios product development lifecycle.
