Worker deploy from gui status failed | mod gearman

Hi,
When I try to deploy a worker, it goes into pending and then failed status.
Some details:
I'm using root, ports 22 and 4370 are both enabled on the firewall on the worker and on the server hosting NagiosXI.
I couldn't find any logs.
I enabled the nagios, epel, and codeready repositories on the worker.
What am I missing?

Hi @occ,

When you add the worker, did you give it a Hostname/IP Address?
