Nagios Alerts Page Shows Internal Error 500

Post by srinivasmandalika »

Hello,

We have installed NLS 2026 R1 OVM on our Virtual Machine in order to replace our Old NLS... After installation, all pages were working fine without any issues... But, while creating the alerts, I see that Alerting page when accessed throws up error 500... I am attaching the error...

How can solve the issue? we are in tight deadline and I need to get the server up and running by tomorrow...

Thanks for your help in advance...

Also, I see that Run_all_alerts is not executing at all...

Any idea how we can resolve this please?

Thank You!

I'm sorry to hear that. Can you share lines from the Apache log related to the page? Check /var/log/apache2/error.log on Debian or Ubuntu, or /var/log/httpd/error_log on EL based systems.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
