No error. The Import/Save button is just un-responsive. The search bar and drop down menus to configure a user work but nothing happens on Import/Save.

Initially had an issue getting users to load but I noticed Chrome was maxing out my memory usage when I tried to load the user list so I bumped my VM from 8GB to 16GB and now I get the user list but I can't import.

I have the same issue on a 57K tenant. Users load OK, I select the local user that already exist on Nagios but pressing the Import/Save Users does nothing and pressing multiple times or waiting forever does nothing.

I'm on 2024R2.1

Why release a new feature that clearly have not been tested ?

@sgomeztd,

The feature does work for most of our users, but we did not have a proper testing environment for significantly large user counts. We will do our best to remedy this issue in the near future.

Upgraded to 2024R2.2.1

Enumerating the user list is still hit or miss.

If I do get a user list, pushing the import/save button now produces an error that there are no users to import whether trying to associate with an existing user or create a new one.

Hello @jsprouse,

We should have a fix/workaround for this issue in 2026R1.1 or 2026R1.2 sometime in October or early November.

Hey @bbahn,

besides the current issues for large user counts, are there any plans to add further config options BEFORE calling the entire EntraID for a user list, to reduce load?
For instance pre-defining only specific user groups to check?
Or are there even plans to provide an enterprise app, instead of app registration, to finer tune permissions rather than User.Read.All?

I am in the same boat that if I clicked Import/Manage Users button, I got a page that none AAD users columns are populated, we have 52k users in Azure, It would be nice only import users who cares to login to NagiosXI. I am on version R2.2

I wrote an enhancement issue for this. So we have the your suggestions in gitlab. But no guarantees on if or when.

Are there any other suggestions for SSO you would like me to add to the gitlab issue?

Upgraded to 2026R1. Still doesn't work. New behaviour: Error 504 when fetching user list.
