Nagios SSO Importing/Mapping User Issue

Hey Folks real head scratcher for my team over here, we have roughly 80k in our Azure AD, when attempting to log in we get SSO: ERROR: validate_userdetails_in_XI: No SSO mapping found for xxxxx, when attempting to import users it never populates, any help here would be appreciated thanks!

Thanks for your note. Our lead dev for SSO is out for a couple of days, he will be the best able to assist when he is back in.
