Nagios XI 5.4.13 to 2026R1.2 Notifications

Hi all,

I am trying to get on the latest version on Nagios but not getting notifications while the license is applied when I use my license on 2026R1.2 I have a orange banner saying

Your license has not yet been activated. Access to certain features of Nagios XI are restricted or limited. Activate your license now.

When I enter in the client ID / Token I get the following

Maintenance expired: Your maintenance for the specified license key has expired. Before you can activate the license key, you must renew your support and maintenance subscription. You can renew online or by contacting sales.

When I change the license to free I get the notifications.

Do I need to renew maintenance to be able to get notification?

Yes, keeping your support and maintenance current gives you upgrade rights to licensed versions beyond the free level. Contact [email protected] and they can help you out.
