RESOLVED: Nagios Network Analyzer - License do I need to apply

Hello,

I have just renewed network analyzer subscription.

When I log into the console I see expiration date for license.

Do I need to add a new license key or is this updated through the web?

Hi @mgalouzis,

Thanks for reaching out. The title of your post says Nagios Log Server, while everything else is Nagios Network Analyzer, so just to verify, did you renew network analyzer or log server? Also what version are you using?

I am sorry this is for Network Analyzer. My mistake.
Yes we did you renew network analyzer version 243

Hello @mgalouzis,

This version of NNA does not reach out to the internet. You should have received a new license key and you will have to enter it in the UI.

If that does not resolve your issue or you didn't receive a license key, please reach out to [email protected] and they can help you get it straightened out.
