Unable to Select a Service When Creating a Service Escalation

I'm trying to create a Service Escalation, but I'm unable to proceed because the Services field is required. When I click Add Service, the selection box appears empty and doesn't display any available services to choose from.

Since this field is mandatory, I can't complete the Service Escalation setup. Could you please let me know if there's a prerequisite configuration or an additional step required to populate the Services field?

Thanks for reaching out. What version of XI are you using and what distro & version?

It might be that the UI is not as intuitive as it could be there. You first have to select the host the service runs on, and then select the service.
