Importing Alarm Data into NagiosXI

Post by wdm »

We currently gather bits via a large series of small processes, each having a specific purpose.

Is it possible to important existing alarm flows into NagiosXI and display via the normal views?

We understand the concepts, but we need to discuss specifics, as in mapping our existing data to Nagios language?

You can setup a NRDP token under Admin -> Inbound transfer, then use one of the following to send the results of your checks to the NRDP interface on the XI Server

Thanks Scott - we are using the 60 day trial of XI and so far so good.
