Unable to add more than 2 linux host Nagios Core

Hi Team,


I am new in Nagios, I have installed Nagios on RHEL 5.4, Minimum configuration,

I am trying to add 2nd Linux host, bt unable to add it,

I had copied localhost.cfg (linux) as a 2nd-linux.cfg file from

cp /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/localhost.cfg /usr/local/nagios/etc/objects/2nd-linux.cfg

also edited nagios.cfg file, added 2nd-linux.cfg info in nagios.cdf file,

after restarting nagios,

getting error,

Configuration error, check your configuration file.

please team i need a help.

Please run a verification on your config...

/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

As GaWd said, once you run that it will point you in the right direction, can you post the output back here as well?
