Cant enter license key

Getting SQL: SQL Error [nagiosxi] : ERROR: duplicate key violates unique constraint "xi_options_pkey"

when I try to enter the license key .

Anyone an idea what can cause this?

to me this error is not new I have installed twice nagiosxi database and gave this error for any operation but I can not help I installed ex new

Managed to enter the license key but only after changing several options through the System Settings tab in the webinterface.... (???)

By the way we found out by using phpPGadmin and compared what was put in the database between our test and our (hopefully soon to be) production system.

I hope the synchronisation between the interface and the pgsql database is ok though.

We've had a couple of reports of this just in the last couple of days. Not sure what's causing it yet, but we'll try and get it nailed down ASAP.

Can you give us a little more information so we can identify for a bug report?

What distro are you using?

Is this on a manual install?

What changes did you make in the system settings to get it to work? You mentioned the issue was related to postgres?
