How to use Nagios Digger

Can somebody tell me how is the way to use Nagios Digger on nagios core?
I integrated it to my nagios but I could not connect to database.

can somebody tell me documentation or the way to solve this matter?

It seems as though the only documentation for this plugin is in the readme located with the tarball. Have you tried contacting the developer of the plugin?
