Acknowledged issues alerts still being sent

Hi Guys,

We are having issues where in keeps sending alerts for issues that have already been acknowledged. I can see in the event logs their is no notification event however I keep receiving emails!

XI version 2012 R1.0

Do these notifications show up in the Notification report?

Do you have any event handlers (global or local) setup that could be sending these email?

Hi Scott,

Yes it does seem to show up in notifications report . No we dont have any event handlers configured apart from the standard xi_notifications handler. I will keep an eye on it and post back.
