Hello,
We have configured a service to make a control once per day, it works fine. If we want to make an immediate check it doesn't works in Nagios XI, but the if we make an Re-schedule the next check of this service in Nagios Core it works correctly. Any known way to solve this issue?
Thanks
"Schedule an immediate check" not working
Re: "Schedule an immediate check" not working
Can you elaborate a little bit more on this? Is the "Schedule an immediate check" link under "Quick Actions" in Nagios XI missing completely, or you can see it, but clicking on it does nothing? If we want to make an immediate check it doesn't works in Nagios XI, but the if we make an Re-schedule the next check of this service in Nagios Core it works correctly.

Re: "Schedule an immediate check" not working
I can see it, but clicking on it does nothing. But only to the services that are a particular template applied, with the time period attached (We only want to make one check per day in this case). To the rest of services (and we have almost 1000) "Schedule an immediate check" works correctly.
You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
Re: "Schedule an immediate check" not working
This is a default behavior. When you schedule an immediate check, the check would be run at the next available VALID time. Unless, you schedule an immediate check between 08:00-08:05 Mon-Fri, it would not work (not with this check period).
