Host Status Notes Tab is gone?

Since updating to 2012R1.2 I notice that the notes tab is missing from Host Status detail pages. Is that by design? Can I get it back?

...and now I notice Action URL and Notes URL are missing too!

My staff in the NOC use those daily. Can I get them back?

Can you tail the apache error log and report it here?

Did they just disappear after you loaded a new page? Or was something being changed on the system at that time?

This is quite odd that these would disappear.

and install them through
Admin-> Manage Components

Very strange, but neither were installed. Once I uploaded them everything is fine.

I did the updates from 2011 --> 2012R1.0 --> 2012R1.1 --> 2012R1.2 over the last week, but didn't notice the change until today.
