Notification Oddity

HI Guys,

We are having a strange issue with our xi system. Basically we recently added a few devices using the network switch monitoring wizard and we added two contact groups 1 the standard admin group and the second a custom group with two contacts in them. All members of the standard admin group are receiving notifications fine. The custom group never receives any notification. In notifications report its says its being sent to the users, but in the xi event logs I can see only the admin users notifications events and no notifications for the other . Can someone contact me urgently as this is affecting us pretty badly at the moment and is pretty critical.

I am also noticing that the notification report is showing notifications being sent to users who are not part of the contact group!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
