i have Nagios Core & XI. Using Core i am monitoring my applications, but in same environment i have deployed XI for integration SNMP traps to BEM (Manager of Manager).
Now, since i tried integration between Core to BEM but i coudnt succeed, due to i have integrated XI with BEM.
We have auto ticket integration so that if any applicatoin goes down similarily alert will sent to BEM & TT will be created in Remedy (Service Desk )
So i am planning to ship Core alerts to XI using NSCA Agents. Becasue XI is already integrated with BEM so that TT will be created in Remedy.

How can i achieve this ?

From a Core server, you can use an OSCP command to forward the check results after each service check is run. See the following tutorial:
