Can't collect CPU, Uptime and Memory Usage Data on W2k hosts

We can't see CPU usage, Uptime and Memory Usage on Windows 2000 Server hosts. The status is "Unknown" and Status Infromation column displays "Could not get data for 5 perhaps we don't collect data this far back?"

What agent are you using to retrieve this information? It sounds like NSClient but just making sure.

If it is, and possibly even if it is not it looks like you need to rebuild your performance counters.
