restarting nagios flushes scheduled downtime

I am running nagios 3.4.1 under RHEL 6.2. I have noticed that when I "service nagios stop" and start (or reload/restart) that any previously configured downtimes are lost. The host will show as "In scheduled downtime: YES" and then when nagios is stop/started it will be set to NO even tho the schedule has not expired yet.

Any tips on tracking this problem down?

This *should be* fixed in Nagios 3.4.3rc1. You are welcome to test it if you wish. Here is the download link:

I think in the 3.4.2 release is working, too

3.4.3rc1 did correct the problem, thanks!
