Also, click the advanced tab. Are Active Checks enabled?

still having same problem, active check not able to enable, cause once it is in pending status

If you go to Configure -> CCM -> Services -> Modify (this check)

What time period is specified? and does this time period contain the current time?
Configure -> CCM -> Time Periods

Yes, it is correct time only. i have assign 24x7.

please specify which files required, cause nagios folder is almost 20 gb and cant sent whole.

From the web UI
Configure -> Core Config Manager -> Configuration Snapshots

Click the disk icon next to the top item with "Config Ok"
