When I try to configure monitoring for machines, i get "Backend login to Core config manager failed" error. Can you please check and let me know.

It would have been better to have posted this in the Nagios XI forum as it is directly related to that product

Can you send us the debug.txt from:

cd /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts
./reconfigure_nagios.sh &> debug.txt

After analyzing debug.txt file, we cam to know that issue was due to proxy connection. We have resolved the issue now. Thank you for the update
