can't delete notification

Hi,

I have Nagiosxi 2012 installed on a Linux machine.
Today I deleted a service together with it's host but I keep seeing a certain notification from it even thought it's gone.
How can I get rif of it so it won't show on the service details view ? I've tried deleting from "notifications" on "nagios" database but it doesn't help.
From UI : "Could not find a unique id for this service, Service cannot be deleted using this method".

If you removed the item from the CCM and it still appears you may have a ghost host/service showing up. You can remove it with the following
