is there any tool or wizard for event co-relation management in nagios XI.

I'm not exactly sure what you are looking for, but if you want multiple services to be viewed as a group I would look at Nagios BPI

Not currently, although this is one of the products that we have under development at the moment.

We don't have an ETA on it at the moment, but my guess is that it will be moving to beta in early 2013. The product you'll want to keep your eyes out for is called "Nagios Reactor."
