User alert view page do not show up

I have created 5 users and all are able to view Hosts that I gave alert access but for some reason, I have one user that cannot see any alert on any of the view pages. I tried removing the user and adding the user with no lock. I noticed that the first time I logged in as the user, I get an error (I have attached the image).

Any help will be great.

Try running in terminal (as root):

Did not work. Because I only have 10 servers on nagiosxi, just going to rebuild.
