Sync Issue !! ( offload DB )

dear support ,

i have open a case sub : "operation sceen couldnot connect to DB !! " there was 2 issue one is fixed which is operation screen component is connected to db after re-installing it.
but 2 issue is still not fixed we are still getting syn missed when add new services or host check the attached snap.

also one thing how the previous case was locked without our confirmation ??? now we can not postreply on it. that is why i have open a new case.

Take a look at this wiki and see if it relates to your issue. You could have a time mismatch between the master server and the offloaded DB server:

Thanks a lot , all files are synced now i have edit the php.ini and put the correct timezone.

Thanks for letting us know this solved your issue, the previous thread was closed due to the other user having a similar issue with was fixed by a reply, sorry for the confusion.
