Not sending alerts when using SSH proxy wizard

I have loaded a pluging to check errpt log on aix through ssh proxy wizard.

Now the service shows as warning when there are errors on the server.

but it is not sending the alerts (email) .

Can i get help in this.

Do you have contacts or contact groups specified for this service?

If you look at the Advanced tab of the service detail page does it say

Code: Select all

State Type:	Hard
