Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed

Post by wipro-cloud-services »

Team,
When we try to reconfigure monitoring in Nagios console, we get "Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed" message. Executed below commands and attached output report.
cd /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts
./reconfigure_nagios.sh &> reconfig.txt

Lets go to Admin -> Reset Security Credentials
Then click update credentials

Try applying configuration again

If that doesn't work, go to
Configure -> CCM -> Config Manager Admin -> Manage Config Access
and make sure you do in fact have an username that is nagiosxi and it is active
