In aix53_nrpe-nsca-plugins.tgz of http://exchange.nagios.org/hostedfiles/AIX/, NSCA can send encrypted data? 14 = RIJNDAEL-128

The Nagios exchange hosts community developed projects, this particular listing doesn't have an owner associated with it, so you may have to try and find out who put it together. NSCA will likely have the same feature set as 2.7.2.
