Cannot log into CCM on new install?

We have a new Nagios XI install on a new VM. I'm working to migrate everything over to this new server.

I simply cannot log into the CCM.

My user account is marked as an Admin. I have made the change and have logged out and back in, yet I still cannot get into the CCM.

When I enter my credentials, the page just refreshes back to the same log in page.

Have I missed something obvious?

Have you attempted to reset the credentials? Admin > Reset Security Credentials

And run the following from the command line:

touch /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php

Thanks, I am gathering that you can only log in to the CCM with the nagiosadmin account, and not a user account, as indicated in the reset credentials page. Is this correct?

On a fresh install yes, but you can add additional accounts in the CCM from the CCM->Config Manager Admin->Manage Config Access page.
