Integration with 3rd party tools

Hi,
Can you please help me to address the below queries:
• Is it possible to display the alerts/alarms from various underlying EMS tools through Nagios?
• If yes, what is the technology/protocol by which this can be achieved and integrated.
• In short, whether Nagios can act as Manager of Managers for other third party tools?

3rd party tools: Solarwinds, BMC Control M, security tools (Tripwire, Tivoli)
