Am I correct in that removing the checkmark from an item in the config editor should deactivate that item? I have a number of items I've removed the active checkmark from and they continue to be monitored even after applying the configuration.
Am I doing something incorrectly?

Re: Marking config items inactive
You can select the items from the boxes to the left of their names, and then from the drop down on the bottom of the page titled "With checked" select "Deactivate" and apply configuration. This *should* be deactivating them.
Re: Marking config items inactive
Hrm.. interesting.. That ended up removing them from the config whereas they were not being removed previously.
If it happens again, I'll see if I can figure out how to reproduce it..
Thanks.
