When I do an auto-discover for a specific range, it finds all 64 hosts on that range. When I go into the job and select 5 of them and run through the configuration to add those 5, it still adds all 64 of them. Is it supposed to do this because the instructions say "select the hosts you'd like to monitor."
2012R1.4 running on VMWare (Also tried it on RHEL5 with same results).

I just verified this issue, and will submit a bug report for it.
