Apply config to Sync Missed item only

Hi guys,

Is there any way to just regenerate the config file which are marked as 'Sync Missed' instead of synchronizing all files? It takes a very long time to changing configuration in my environment because we have quite a big hosts and services.

This is something that we'd like to implement at some point. The problem we ran into with testing was when object names were changed, it wouldn't be reflected in the rest of the configuration files, causing a major headache to debug. So it's definitely on our TODO, we just haven't pinned down a foolproof method for implementation yet.

We will try to, there have been quite a few requests for this and when it is released it will likely make the patch notes for a milestone release.
