I'd like to know which add-ons are officially supported by Nagios' Support organization, for three 'types' of add-ons:.
1) Out of the box add-ons, added via the Monitoring Wizard (i.e. those showing in the Monitoring Wizard, such as Auto-Discovery, BPI Wizard, DHCP, Email Delivery, etc).
2) Add-ons added using the Get More Wizards button on the Monitoring Wizard page.
3) Add-ons added by downloading from the Nagios Exchange.
If the simple answer is that only 'Nagios Certified Compatible' components are support by Nagios Support, then that's fine.

All of the components and wizards included when you install Nagios Xi are supported by our team. As far as plugins go, there is no clear cut list, though plugins uploaded by support team members, developers, and the nagiosexchange user are supported by us. We do strive to help everyone with custom plugins and additions not created by us, but we can only go so far with these.
