Clicked on "Configure", but wheel just spins

Post by ecarrasq »

Linux Distribution and version? CentOS, 2.6.18-308.8.2.el5PAE
32 or 64bit? 32bit
VMware Image or Manual Install of XI? VMware Image
Are there specials configurations on your system, ie; is Gnome installed? No
Are you using a proxy? No
Are you using SSL? Yes
Nagios Version? Nagios XI 2012R1.6

This morning I logged into NagiosXi, as normal. I can access all the tabs, except the "Configure" tab. The "waiting" wheel shows in the center of my screen spinning, but does not go to the Configure page.

The last thing I ran two days ago, was the "Auto-Discovery" wizard. I let it run, as it was taking a long time to load any servers found.

Please help. Thanks,
Eddie

What type of browser are you using?
I can access all the tabs, except the "Configure" tab.
Are you talking about the "Configure" menu on the blue bar, or you are talking about the "Configure" tab under "Host/Service Status Detail"?

I'm using Chrome.

Ha! weird. I just tried it in Firefox and it's working.

I was using Chrome just fine all last week though.

Try to clear your browser cache in chrome. Also make sure you do not have any addons like "noscript" currently running.

Perfect!

I cleared out the Cache in Chrome and it's working great.

Thank you!
