Installation ERROR iwith 1-preqs

Need help; I'm getting the follwoing:

The script that failed was: './1-prereqs'

Working within an enclosed system; down loaded and un zipped the following :
RHEL-6.3-x86_64-1.22.13.tar.gz
xi-latest.tar.gz

The best way to handle this would be to comment out line 32 of 1-prereqs and rerun fullinstall. If possible, I would prefer to continue this in a ticket through our [email protected] email address as this is a very specialty setup.
