alert priority option

Hi Team,

Is there any option in Nagios so we can assign priority for alert?

e.g. in other tool we can find low, medium and high options.

Warning and critical levels are historically how these levels are handled. If you need more granular control over the alerting process, you could us host and service escalations to make sure certain alerts get a higher priority through notifications (who, when, how often).
