I was running Nagios Core and last May I purchased XI. The Nagios support team assisted me in migrating our data, configs, etc from Core to XI. Now I have switched over to XI and I have a question on receiving alerts. I starting getting alerts from XI but when I went in to view the service and how the notifications are set, nothing is checked. Example, service checks, notification period, warning, critical, etc.
What I am wondering is how is alerts going out when the services are not enable?

Hmm, sounds strange.. this is something we may need to take a look at over a ticket. Can you send your latest config snapshot to [email protected]? The snapshot can be found at Admin > Manage Config Snapshots > Download the latest "Good" Configuration file by clicking the diskette icon next to it. When you send the email be sure to note what you explained in this thread.
