Upgrade to 2012 R1.6 : mail pollution

Hi,
Since the upgrade to 2012 R1.6, we're receiving thousand of mails with object = Cron<nagios@nagiosxi> /usr/bin/php -q /usr/local/nagiosxi/cron/eventman.php > /usr/local/nagiosxi/var/eventman.log 2>&1
This cause an overload of our mail server.
Please help me to solve that quickly

Are you getting these emails in the root mail? Can you show us a screenshot of a such email? Is cron running?
