Webpage transaction with SMS authentication

We need to monitor a webpage login transaction that require the customer to insert SMS authentication code after login. Is there any document we can rely on for this or someone who accomplished this successfully?

Because you wish to take a token from one site to another, I would suggest looking into webinject plugin and specifically the web transaction wizard. This documentwould be vary helpful also.
