Not able to login in XI

Not able to login in Nagios XI.

pasting below error....
[root@VSHIMSNAGIOSXI scripts]# /etc/init.d/nagios restart
Running configuration check...done.
Stopping nagios: ..........
Warning - nagios did not exit in a timely manner
Starting nagios: done.
[root@VSHIMSNAGIOSXI scripts]# /etc/init.d/nagios status
nagios is not running
[root@VSHIMSNAGIOSXI scripts]#

/etc/init.d/nagios status
No lock file found in /usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.lock

etc/init.d/nagios restart
Running configuration check...done.
Stopping nagios: kill: usage: kill [-s sigspec | -n signum | -sigspec] pid | jobspec ... or kill -l [sigspec]
done.
Starting nagios: done.


reset the password, still facing the problem,
Actually, I had installed Splunk forwarder on XI Machine, is this cause of problem ?

Only if the drive is full...
