we are having problem with check_nrpe on nagios xi server.due to which many services are not working.

XI ships with the "check_nrpe" plugin. What type of problems are you experiencing?

copied check_nrpe binary from other nagios xi server .Now it works.

Will do. If your check_nrpe binary went bad, I would definitely consider checking the hardware on the box as corrupt files is usually a sign of something bad to come . . .
