I'm having issue where I cannot stop alerts from being sent to pager listed under nagiosadmin. Alerts will only stop by turning off host / service notifications, under contact management. The pager field is blank for nagiosadmin, so I can't seem to find how user continues to receive alerts.

I'd like to delete nagiosadmin to see if that fixes the issue.

Please advise on how to track down source of alerting or if any issue in deleting nagiosadmin and recreating with another admin user.

Click nagiosadmin username in upper-right corner, go to
Notification Methods -> Mobile Text Tab
Uncheck box
Update Settings

FYI - If Mobile phone is defined under mobile text notification method and handler is removed from contact, mobile phone number is still notified.
