changelog for Monitoring System

I'm looking for my nagios monitoring system (check mk)

one changelog system which shows me when I make changes

There are custom Audit-Logging guides out there for Nagios, however the easiest to use in my opinion is the one which comes pre-packaged with Nagios XI Enterprise Edition.. however, google did find some results on the Core end of things:
