2012R1.7 Missing "Operations Screen"?

Some time ago, I downloaded a trial version of NagiosXI (vSphere OVF Template (64-bit), which was a 64-bit OVF template running CentOS 6.x with Nagios XI 2012R1.5 installed.) Last week I updated this to 2012R1.6. The home page has the following Quick View links: "Tactical Overview", "Operations Center", and "Operations Screen".

I have since loaded the the Linux Source Install version 1.5b of NagiosXI onto a seperate computer and updated it to version 2012R1.7.
It only has the following links in Quick View: "Tactical Overview" and "Operations Center".

What happened to the "Operations Screen"?
What is the proper way to obtain and install "Operations Screen"?

Install through Admin -> Manage Components
