2. Two of the contact groups don't even exist in XI database, they are static configuration files. The only place the exist is in the escalation definition and the in the contact group escalation. They appear nowhere else in any other config file.
3. Yes, but they are just "User" level. They can't see every device either, just the ones the correspond to the escalation. There are many other devices they can not see, as planned.
