Those are right as well. We may need to move this to the ticketing system so that we can see your config snapshot tarball and potentially do a remote session. You can email [email protected] to open a support ticket.

Thanks. Just to clarify, the commands.cfg I just posted were from the pre upgrade backup. Do you want to see what it is now?

Hi,

I've made a little bit of head way. I created a new contact that has the email address with an existing contact then proceeded to add this new contact as an Assigned contact in the contact groups that was not reveiving emails. Emails then started to get delivered as normal.

I've had to do the same for all our contact groups and that works fine. However as soon as I remove the original or new contact, the issue re-appears.

So in a netshell, the issue seems to be that after the upgrade, something broke the Contacts.

I'm out of the initial fix albeit with a work araound. I have raised a support call but have not heard back yet. Any assistance is appreciated.

The support request has moved to the ticketing system. Locking thread, Ludmil or myself will continue contact through email.
