We're facing an issue with a bunch of checks where, despite the notification interval being set to 0, Nagios keeps re-notifying recipients for the same alerts.
Any hint to find the culprit?

Are they receiving duplicate notifications, or persistent notifications at a regular interval?
Can you try running Apply Configuration and make sure all of your configs are up to date with the CCM?

They are receiving persistent notifications at random intervals.
From CCM, the configuration is up to date.

Let move this to the ticketing system as we will want to see a copy of your configuration snapshot tarball. Send an email to [email protected]. Attach the configuration snapshot tarball and give us a list of the users experiencing the random notifications.
