Service Escalations queries

Hi Team,

Nagios Details:
Nagios XI Version : 2012R1.6
2.6.32-279.22.1.el6.x86_64 x86_64
CentOS release 6.3 (Final)
Manual install of XI
Gnome is not installed


In service escalations we have add one Hostgroup and trying to add related services in Manage Service. After adding configurations are not applying. I was able to apply configuration When I add services which is common in all the hosts. But when I add all the services which are related to all hosts in the hostgroup, configurations are not applying.

Please let me know if there is any solution for my issue.

can you go to Configure -> Core Config Manager -> Configuration Snapshots and click the View output and post it

We have figured it out our escalation procedure by using configure -> tools -> Esclation Wizard
